Terms of Service - FindMyNOC

IMPORTANT PROFESSIONAL AND LEGAL DISCLAIMER: FindMyNOC is an automated technology platform that provides search, document-retrieval, organization and AI-generated information services. FindMyNOC is not a law firm, licensed immigration consultant, Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), lawyer, notary, paralegal, government agency or authorized immigration representative. The Service does not represent users before IRCC, CBSA, the IRB or any other authority, and does not prepare, sign, submit or manage an application on a user's behalf. Nothing produced by the Service is professional immigration advice, legal advice, a legal opinion, a guarantee of eligibility, approval or outcome, or a substitute for advice from an authorized professional.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FindMyNOC ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. No Professional-Client Relationship

Using or paying for FindMyNOC does not create a lawyer-client, consultant-client, fiduciary, representative or other professional relationship. Subscription fees purchase access to software, computing, automated retrieval and AI-generation features only; they are not payment for immigration representation, personalized professional advice or legal services. FindMyNOC is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for the Government of Canada, IRCC, CBSA, the IRB, ESDC, any province or any professional regulator.

3. Accuracy of Information

AI and automated retrieval can omit material, misunderstand a question or document, cite a source incorrectly, and produce inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent or outdated information. Source labels and links do not guarantee that an answer correctly interprets the source or that the source remains operative. We do not guarantee that any NOC recommendation, eligibility assessment, pathway comparison, deadline, form, fee, statistic or other output is correct, current, complete or suitable for a particular case. A match percentage is only an automated comparison of described duties, not an official score or approval probability. Users must independently review the cited official government documents in their complete and current form.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of accuracy, currency, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or outcome. FindMyNOC is not responsible for decisions made solely in reliance on AI output, including missed deadlines, rejected or returned applications, loss of status, lost opportunities, fees, expenses or other loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. You acknowledge that:

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided, including NOC recommendations or IRCC policy answers
You are solely responsible for verifying FindMyNOC results against the official National Occupational Classification (NOC) 2021 website and all other immigration answers against official IRCC and provincial sources

5. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Verifying FindMyNOC results against the official NOC 2021 database and all other answers against official IRCC and provincial sources
Consulting an authorized RCIC, Canadian lawyer or other properly authorized professional before filing an application, responding to a procedural fairness letter, addressing inadmissibility or status issues, relying on a deadline, or making a significant legal or financial decision
Confirming the professional's current authorization through the appropriate official public register
Not including personally identifiable information (PII) in your job descriptions or immigration questions
Ensuring the accuracy of information you provide to the Service (e.g., job descriptions, policy questions)

6. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

7. Payment Terms

Access beyond the free allowance requires a paid software subscription. Payment is solely for access to the technology platform, automated searches, computing and AI-generated output; it is not a professional consultation or representative fee. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms and our Refund Policy. Subscription access begins after payment verification.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by FindMyNOC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the AI models or algorithms
Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce
Share your payment token or access credentials with others

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FindMyNOC operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
